Day 35 – June 28 – Exploring Charlottetown, PEI

Today we left camp and traveled to Fort Amherst, after Fort Amherst we went into Charlottetown.  Charlottetown and the surrounding area has a great history with the shipbuilding, the Acadians and their expulsion by the British, and their confederation with Canada.  Shirley and I took a horse drawn cart ride through Charlottetown, and then walked through the shops in the old section of town.  45 Miles
