We traveled 304 miles today from Maxwell AFB to Franklin, Tennessee. We headed north on highway 31 through Clanton, Birmingham, Decatur, and Athens. In Tennessee we went through Pulaski, Columbia, Spring Hill, into Franklin. Around Columbia, TN we ran into a severe rain shower, with nowhere to pull off we had to continue when we found a place to pull off the sky had lightened and we continued to Franklin.
